Their farms have been at the forefront of researching, discovering and propagating the finest cultivars of Lemon Myrtle in the world.

The special varieties of Lemon Myrtle grown by our farmers, produce the highest level of citrals, key components that make Lemon Myrtle so distinctive, lemony, health promoting and aromatically appealing.

Each time Lemon Myrtle is harvested, it is tested for component percentages and any possible anomalies to ensure it always meets our superior ‘Refreshed’ standard of composition.

The Lemon Myrtle farms are proudly owned and managed by our dedicated farmers who pride themselves in growing a crop that is sustainable, earth friendly and free from the use of chemicals.

There is no need to use agricultural pesticides as the Lemon Myrtle oil in the leaf provides the plant with a natural defence against insects and birds.

The plantations are also grown without the use of herbicides for weed control. Instead grasses in between the rows are routinely mowed by tractor and the few weeds that do manage to grow between the Lemon Myrtle trees are removed by hand.

Our farmers care for their environment and their employees. They have never cleared the land of any remnant trees and in fact have replanted many native rainforest trees on their properties.
